Exterior work homeowners would rather not do themselves

Berg Maintenance cleans gutters, roofs, exterior windows and hard surfaces for homes across Nanaimo & Vancouver Island, and runs janitorial service for the strata and commercial buildings that hire us to look after both the inside and the outside.

The work itself is not complicated. What matters is showing up when we say we will, quoting a real price instead of a range, and finishing the job so the property looks like we were never there — debris bagged, loaded, and gone with us.

Exterior work means ladders, wet roofs and height. That is exactly why people hire us instead of doing it themselves, and it is why we carry insurance rather than treating it as optional.
