How much does window cleaning cost?
It depends on the number of windows and whether the property is single or double storey, so we quote each job rather than publishing a flat rate. Quotes are free.
Do you clean interior windows too?
Our standard visit covers exterior glass, frames and sills. Mention it when you request your quote if you would like interior glass looked at as well, and we will let you know what we can do.
How soon can you come out?
We are in the office Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call and we will tell you honestly what we can do and when, rather than booking you in and moving you later.
Are you insured?
Yes, Berg Maintenance is fully insured. Reaching upper-storey glass means poles and height, and you should never let an uninsured crew work around your roofline.
Will you need a ladder against my gutters?
No. We reach upper-storey glass with carbon-fibre extension poles from the ground, which is part of why we do not lean a ladder on your gutters to get windows done.
How often should exterior windows be cleaned?
Most homes here are fine with one or two visits a year. Properties close to the water or under heavy tree cover collect grime faster and often benefit from more frequent visits.
