Questions we get asked
How much does pressure washing cost?
It depends on which surfaces need doing and how much moss or staining has built up, so we quote each job rather than publishing a flat rate. Quotes are free.
Will pressure washing damage my deck or siding?
Not with the right approach. We soft-wash wood, siding and anything that cannot take full pressure, and save higher pressure for concrete and pavers that can handle it.
How soon can you come out?
We are in the office Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call and we will tell you honestly what we can do and when, rather than booking you in and moving you later.
Are you insured?
Yes, Berg Maintenance is fully insured. Any work around your property and hardscaping is covered.
Will the moss and algae come back?
Growth returns eventually in this climate, especially in shaded, damp spots. Treating what is there rather than just rinsing it off slows regrowth compared to a plain rinse.
Can you do the driveway and the deck in the same visit?
Yes. Most visits cover several surfaces at once, each washed at the pressure it can actually take.
